1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally able to enter into these terms. If you use Pitchestra for a company or client, you confirm that you are authorized to do so. You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting your credentials and activity performed through your account.

2. The service

Pitchestra provides Live Intelligence-assisted sales communication, buyer-objection analysis, field-specific guidance and persistent Expert Chat workspaces. Features, limits and availability may change as the product develops. Anonymous users may have daily usage limits. Verified member access may provide higher or unlimited product limits as shown in the interface.

3. Generated output and professional judgment

Generated output may be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable for a specific situation. You are responsible for reviewing generated language, checking facts and deciding whether to use it. Pitchestra does not guarantee sales, revenue, rankings, approvals, legal compliance, platform acceptance or any other commercial outcome.

The service is not a substitute for legal, financial, medical or other regulated professional advice.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Pitchestra a limited right to process, transmit and store that content only as needed to operate, secure and improve the service. You confirm that you have the right to submit the content and that doing so does not violate another person’s rights or confidentiality obligations.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use Pitchestra to:

• Break the law, defraud, harass, threaten or impersonate another person.
• Generate deceptive claims, fake testimonials, fabricated credentials, unlawful discrimination or manipulative spam.
• Upload malware, probe security, bypass access controls or evade usage limits.
• Extract hidden prompts, private knowledge, credentials, source data or service secrets.
• Resell unauthorized access, interfere with other users or overload the service.

6. Intellectual property

Pitchestra’s software, design, name, trademarks, interface and original content remain protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms grant only a limited, revocable right to use the service as intended. They do not transfer ownership of Pitchestra technology or branding.

7. Availability, suspension and termination

The service may be interrupted for maintenance, provider outages, security events or product changes. Access may be limited or suspended when an account violates these terms, threatens the service or creates legal or security risk. Members may end their account at any time through the Member Access page.

8. Disclaimers and liability

Pitchestra is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. No warranty is made that every response will be error-free or that the service will always be available. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Pitchestra is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from reliance on Generated output, lost opportunities, third-party platforms or unauthorized account use.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Privacy, changes and support

The Privacy Policy explains how data is handled. These terms may be updated when the service or legal requirements change. Continued use after an effective update means acceptance of the revised terms. Account, privacy, technical and service questions can be submitted through the official Pitchestra Support page.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The parties should first attempt to resolve any dispute in good faith through Pitchestra Support. If it cannot be resolved informally, it will be submitted to a court of competent jurisdiction in Pakistan, except where applicable consumer law requires another forum or process.
