PRIVACY.
WITHOUT GUESSWORK.
This policy explains what data Pitchestra processes, why it is needed, which service providers may process it and how visitors and members can delete or request access to their data.
1. Information we process
Depending on how you use Pitchestra, we may process:
- Account information, such as your email address, verification status and basic profile information supplied by an authentication provider.
- generated inputs and outputs, including prompts, pasted buyer conversations, deal context, questions and generated responses.
- Saved Expert Chat workspaces and their message history when synchronization is enabled.
- Usage and security information, including daily usage counts, browser or device information and a privacy-preserving identifier derived from connection data for abuse prevention.
- Technical information needed to diagnose errors, protect the service and maintain availability.
2. How we use information
- Provide Pitch Lab, Expert Chat, account verification and synchronized member features.
- Route a request to the appropriate field-specific guidance and return a response.
- Enforce usage limits, prevent abuse, secure accounts and investigate technical failures.
- Maintain, test and improve service quality, safety and reliability.
- Comply with applicable legal obligations and enforce the Terms of Service.
Pitchestra does not sell personal information or use private chat content to make unrelated advertising profiles.
3. Service providers and automated processing
Pitchestra uses contracted infrastructure, authentication and automated-processing providers to operate the service. A request may be routed through approved processing systems for reliability. These providers process data only as needed to deliver their part of the service and under their own applicable terms and privacy commitments.
Do not paste passwords, payment card information, government identity documents, private health records or other unnecessary sensitive information into a Live Intelligence field.
4. Storage and retention
Member account data and synchronized chats may be retained while the account remains active. Anonymous synchronized Expert Chat data is automatically deleted from Pitchestra storage 30 days after its last update. Anonymous browser storage remains on the device until the user deletes saved chat data, clears browser storage or the browser removes it.
Support requests are retained for up to 90 days and then automatically deleted. Daily usage records are retained only for abuse prevention and routine maintenance. Processing providers may apply their own limited retention rules. Pitchestra minimizes the information sent and does not intentionally include account passwords or private authentication secrets in processing prompts.
5. Security
Pitchestra uses encrypted HTTPS connections, restricted API access, security headers, input limits, authentication checks and rate limiting. No online system can guarantee absolute security, so users should keep account credentials private and avoid entering unnecessary confidential information.
6. Access, correction and deletion
Anonymous users can permanently remove all saved Expert Chat workspaces for their browser from the conversation-options menu in Expert Chat. This deletes the matching synchronized guest state and local saved chats without resetting daily usage.
Verified members can review their account status and permanently delete their account from the Member Access page. The deletion control removes the authentication account and saved member chat workspace. Members should export or copy anything they want to keep before deletion because the action cannot be undone.
If these controls cannot be accessed, submit a request through the official Pitchestra Support page.
7. Children
Pitchestra is a professional sales-support service and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly request account information from children under 13.
8. International processing and policy changes
Service providers may process information in countries different from the user’s location. Appropriate contractual and technical safeguards are used where required. This policy may be updated when the service, providers or legal requirements change. The effective date above will be revised for material updates.
9. Data controller and contact
The data controller for this service is Pitchestra, an online service operated from Pakistan. Privacy, data-access, correction, deletion and service questions can be submitted through the official Pitchestra Support page. The support system provides a reference number after submission.
